Edwin Tay
Director
Edwin has had extensive experience in the area of accounting and taxation in Singapore. He is a registered Chartered Accountant in Singapore (CA Singapore) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
He has worked as an Assistant Director in the Government service with responsibilities of reviewing the finances and cash management of various government bodies, as well as participation in policy development.
In the private sector, Edwin was also a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) with 6 years of experience spanning across Audit and Advisory work. During his time with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he worked with various companies across various sectors, including Listed Corporations and Multi-National Corporations. He also has experience in due diligence work and valuation.
He was also a Finance Manager in NOL and was involved in the financial reporting for the main shipping subsidiaries of the company.
His experience is across a diverse array of industrial and commercial sectors such as Engineering, Education, Oil & Gas and Food & Beverage.
Dennis Lim

Dennis has a long running career in accounting, auditing as well as financial management.
His career experience spans several designations in various private sector corporations. He was an Audit Manger at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Group Financial Controller for Friven & Co Ltd., Finance Manager for Rotary Engineering Limited as well as the Chief Financial Officer for Mun Siong Engineering Pte. Ltd.
His experience has helped him to be familiar with auditing, risk management, financial analysis as well as accounting and financial reporting.
